This is a look back to Man United's double in 1994 which pin points their dominance in English Football for the next years and shows great goal and tense gripping moments. There are highlights of matches in the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League, interviews of all the players like Roy Keane, Ryan Giggs and Alex Ferguson. The League, starting with Lee Sharpe's on form goal scoring and corner flag antic's (which angers Fergie) to a unforgettable encounter on a cold January night at Anfield to arch rivals Liverpool. An embarrassing turn around at home to Turkish side Galatasaray in which they blow a comfortable lead and get knocked out in the Champions League!
Their Treble dreams are ended by Aston Villa in the League Cup final and all of a sudden in the mid to close of the season, things are turning wrong for the Red Devils. A frustrating 1-0 down match against Oldham in the FA Cup semi final is taking it's tole only for a last gasp equalizer by Mark "Sparky" Hughes in stoppage brings hope which shows how much of a legend he is for the club.
They finally beat Blackburn for the Championship in a title decider match in which Coventry beat Rovers for a shock result. Last but not least was the FA Cup final against Chelsea in which Eric Cantona scored perhaps the coolest penalty ever seen in Wembley to clinch the double. A great watch and recommended for United fans!
