Chris Hemsworth on the huge scale of Avengers: Infinity War, end of his Marvel contract

Earlier today we brought you some comments from Chris Evans about Avengers: Infinity War, and now it’s the turn of Chris Hemsworth, who has been chatting to The Toronto Sun about the sheer scale of the highly-anticipated superhero blockbuster and its as-yet-untitled sequel.

“This is one of the biggest things in film history and to be a part of it was just incredible,” said Hemsworth. “I think what these characters are about to face — with Thanos — there’s been nothing quite like it. There are 76 cast members or something like that. I think what people are going to be excited about is what I was excited about and that’s Thor meeting the Guardians and Iron Man meeting Doctor Strange. They’re going to be massive. I finished literally two days ago and I looked at (directors) Joe and Anthony Russo and said, ‘I don’t know how you

Infinity War’s Tom Hiddleston Charts The Rise And Rise Of Loki

Say what you will about Marvel’s on-screen villains, but there’s something so great – so deliciously evil – about Loki that Tom Hiddleston’s antagonist continues to be a fixture of the Marvel Cinematic Universe even to this day. And that’s despite the fact that he was irrefutably knocked off his perch in The Avengers.

Still, Loki persevered, and even seeded the sows of corruption in Asgard – he did impersonate Odin, after all – while also leaving the door open for Hela, Thor’s long-lost sister, to bring the gilded city to its knees in Thor: Ragnarok. Last we checked in on the God of Mischief, he was plotting course for Earth, and will likely come into contact with Thanos pretty early on in Avengers: Infinity War.

But when it comes to Loki’s continued popularity, in particular, Tom Hiddleston told HeyUGuys that he never imagined his character would still

It may not seem like 2008 was that long ago, but guess what? As of 2018, it's been 10 years since the New York Giants came out of nowhere to upset the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl; since we said goodbye to Boston Legal, Passions, and The Wire; and since we said hello to Sons of Anarchy, True Blood, and Fringe. So let's take a look back at movies that are turning 10 years old in 2018, including Cloverfield, The Dark Knight, and Iron Man. RelatedYes, It's Been 20 Years Since These Movies Came Out

Wolverine Stops By The Mighty Thor #703 For Second Post-Credits Scene

By now, I’m sure many of you know to stay after the credits whenever seeing the latest Marvel movie and, likewise, wonder where the heck everyone else is going when they begin to roll. I mean, haven’t people learned their lesson on numerous occasions since the first Iron Man flick debuted back in 2008?

Anyway, now that 2018 is underway, the House of Ideas have implemented a similar flourish in their comic books, specifically involving Wolverine. As you may have heard by now, the 616 Logan that we all love is once again among the living, having returned this past fall in the Marvel Legacy one-shot. Still, much mystery surrounds the resurrected icon, particularly why he’s not dead anymore – and how he came into possession of an Infinity Stone.

So, after already putting in a cameo in a recent issue of Captain America, Logan has now decided to stop by

Has Iron Man’s ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Armor Been Revealed?

Tony Stark/Iron Man has always been the type of character to constantly be one-uping himself. This is manifested itself in many ways throughout Iron Man’s appearances throughout the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but none is more apparent than the suit itself. Tony is always tinkering with his tech, which is why we’ve always see new suit(s) with each Iron Man appearance in the McU. ‘Avengers: Infinity War‘ is no different, and while we’ve seen small glimpses of the new Iron man armor in the first trailer for the film, Disney has kept a fairly tight lid on the specifics of the suit thus far.

Well, that is about to change, as Iron Man’s new suit from ‘Avengers: Infinity War‘ may have just been revealed to us through none other than a Disneyland Paris commercial (via ScreenRant). Check it out below:

Shaq Wants to Kick Robert Downey Jr.'s Ass in an Avengers Movie

Could we see Shaq joining the McU in the future? Almost definitely not, but if the former NBA superstar had his way, he'd be joining up with, or against, The Avengers in a future movie. It's not necessarily uncommon for celebrities to want in on a superhero movie these days, given that they're the biggest thing in Hollywood right now, but the idea of Shaq in a Marvel movie seems ridiculous. Especially when you hear what he wants to do.

The once talented professional basketball player and occasional actor was recently interviewed and the subject of what he would like to do as an actor in the future came up. His answer, on the surface, about wanting to appear in a Marvel movie isn't all that surprising. What is surprising is that he wants to go toe-to-toe with Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man and show him a thing or two.

Shaquille O’Neal Wants to Join Marvel’s Avengers, Reboot DC’s Steel

Former NBA star Shaquille O’Neal is no stranger to superhero movies. O’Neal starred in 1997’s Steel, in which he played the titular DC hero long before superhero movies dominated the box-office. O’Neal is once again interested in acting in a superhero film, expressing his desire to fight Iron Man actor Robert Downey Jr. in an Avengers film and reboot Steel.

New Avengers: Infinity War Synopsis Teases McU’s Deadliest Movie

Even though we finally received the first trailer for Avengers: Infinity War a couple months back, it stands to reason that each and every one of us are dying to see more teasers before the big team-up flick storms cinemas. Of course, we’re likely to see another full trailer or two before opening weekend arrives, but the interim is starting to heat up, with a Marvel Cinematic Universe recap video and international trailer already surfacing in this still young week.

But even with all that to digest, we still can’t help but wonder what’s in store for Earth’s Mightiest Heroes other than punching Thanos in the face. Well, one would assume they’re going to, but the Mad Titan is a pretty tough guy, so they may not lay too much smack down on him until the second part of the sprawling epic.

Marvel Artist Says X-Men Are A Long Ways Away From Entering McU

When it was announced that Disney was making moves to acquire 20th Century Fox, the internet all but exploded at the prospect of the X-Men and the Marvel Cinematic Universe finally being under the same roof. With X-Men having evolved into a flagship superhero franchise a full eight years before Iron Man ever launched the McU, the idea of these two Marvel comic book properties being combined was indeed an intriguing one. Now, however, a leading Marvel Studios figure has slammed the brakes on such speculation – urging caution on the subject, lest audiences set themselves up for disappointment.

Andy Park – the Marvel Studios Visual Design Supervisor, whose work on characters, costumes and creatures can be found in such movies as Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2, and Thor: Ragnarok – was recently interviewed by ComicBook.com and explained his insider position on the subject.

“So, I was at the Stan Lee Comic Con last year…

Infinity War Is Bringing 76 Marvel Characters to the Big Screen

Marvel's Infinity War movie is shaping up to be the biggest of 2018. Much has been made about statements from directors Anthony and Joe Russo about the "67 characters" that will be put on display, but there may be even more than that. While promoting 12 Strong, Chris Hemsworth revealed how both Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4 features "something like" 76 characters in the movie. Here's what he had to say below, while offering high praise for directors Anthony and Joe Russo for making both of those epic movies.

"They're going to be massive. I finished literally two days ago and I looked at (directors) Joe and Anthony (Russo) and said, 'I don't know how you guys have gotten this far and I don't know how you're going to hold it together and complete this thing, but my hat's off to you.' This is one of the biggest things in film history

Chris Hemsworth Says More than 70 Characters Will Appear in Avengers: Infinity War

As we all might imagine and based on what we've seen in the trailer, there is no doubt that Avengers: Infinity War is going to be unlike any other movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with characters from all corners of the McU uniting. Now one of the actors who plays one of the most important characters, Chris Hemsworth is giving us a good idea of just how many to expect.

In a recent interview with Postmedia Network, Hemsworth teased just how massive Infinity War will be, with over 70 characters appearing throughout the film in one way or another.

“This is one of the biggest things in film history and to be a part of it was just incredible. I think what these characters are about to face — with Thanos — there’s been nothing quite like it. There are 76 cast members or something like that."

Hemsworth also hinted that some

Destiny Arrives In Avengers: Infinity War International Trailer

“Fun isn’t something one considers when balancing the universe,” or so says Josh Brolin’s Thanos in this brand new, thrilling international preview for Joe and Anthony Russo’s Avengers: Infinity War, which is now only about 4 months away from hitting theaters. How exciting!

As far as this latest promo goes, it unfortunately doesn’t give us anything we haven’t already seen, instead using footage pulled from that record breaking first trailer and simply recutting it. Not to mention there’s also a foreign voiceover played on top of it for certain sections, along with a few subtitles, too.

That being said, when it comes to Infinity War, we’ll take whatever we can get our grubby little hands on and given that what we have here – though recycled – is so damn epic, we’re more than happy to watch this thing on repeat. Besides, it’s not like it spoils anything,

Avengers: Infinity War Will Feature At Least 76 Characters

Barring some unforeseen hiccup, Avengers: Infinity War is about to become a global box office phenomenon.

It is, after all, building on a superpowered legacy stretching all the way back to 2008, when Jon Favreau and the fresh-faced Robert Downey Jr. defied all odds and transformed Tony Stark (Aka Iron Man) into a household name. A full ten years have passed since that historic feat, and in that time, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has ballooned into an industry of its own, replete with A-list stars, a seasoned architect in Kevin Feige and many, many characters.

Yes, if there’s one element of Infinity War that continues to fuel debate online, it’s who exactly we can expect to see in the film. At this point, it really does sound like everyone who’s still breathing in the McU will be involved, and if Chris Hemsworth, who plays the mighty God of Thunder,

Chris Hemsworth Hypes Up Historic Infinity War: “There’s Nothing Quite Like It”

How does Chris Hemsworth feel about Avengers: Infinity War?

Well, for one, the Ragnarok star believes Joe and Anthony Russo’s threequel brings about the end of an era, while those wary of spoilers needn’t fear Infinity War‘s mind-melting teaser – it “doesn’t give much away,” according to Hemsworth.

Indeed, Chris Hemsworth is one of many McU veterans who have had their respective futures thrust into doubt due to expiring contracts. Chances are the towering Aussie will extend his Marvel tenure beyond Avengers 4 – there is that mooted fourth Thor movie to consider, after all – but even if Hemsworth decides to hang up his hammer (or should that be battle ax?), the Russo Brothers’ upcoming double act will send his Thor off with a bang.

In fact, the actor believes the two Avengers sequels have the potential to become “one of the biggest things in film history.” Currently out

International Avengers: Infinity War Promo Reflects On The Path That Brought Us Here

Even though we finally received the first trailer for Avengers: Infinity War a couple months back, it stands to reason that each and every one of us are dying to see more teasers before the big team-up flick storms cinemas. Of course, we’re likely to see another full trailer or two before opening weekend arrives – with a litany of TV spots orbiting that – but the interim may seem a little too calm for some.

Luckily, a pretty cool compilation video has popped up to help tide us over. In it, we see highlights taken from the various films making up the fan favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe, which is one of the biggest box office juggernauts of our time and also the highest grossing franchise in cinema at the moment.

Naturally, Infinity War already has the built-in appeal that accompanies any superhero team-up movie, but what likely helped in making

Yet More Avengers 4 Set Pics Feature Old-School Cap

Perhaps more so than any other character on the Marvel roster, Steve Rogers is poised for a huge, potentially Earth-shaking arc across both Infinity War and Avengers 4.

Better known to you, I and the Us of A as Captain America, Rogers has already been tipped for a big character transformation (Nomad, perhaps?), while another spat with Iron Man is seemingly on the cards. That story clue was initially weaned from a batch of set photos captured in Atlanta (see here), spawning all sorts of fan theories ranging from alternate timelines to full-blown time travel.

It’s by no means official, of course, as there’s only so much info one can glean from pre-cg images lifted from a set. Besides, Avengers 4 has now wrapped production (check out the Thanos-themed cake!), so unless the Russo Brothers order up a round of reshoots, this is really the last time we’ll see

Iron Man Ignites the McU: Journey to Infinity War Part 1

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has been around for just shy of 10 years at this point and Infinity War is set to serve as the epic culmination of an entire decade of interconnected filmmaking. This is something that nobody could have fathomed before the McU took shape and, as we approach the release of Infinity War, we're having a look back at the movies that got us to where we are today. And we're starting where it all began, with the relatively modest but truly perfect Iron Man.

This is not necessarily to say that Iron Man is a flawless movie. Few big-budget blockbusters, if any, are. But Iron Man serves as the perfect beginning to the McU and is easily the best origin story ever put to screen for a comic book character. These are not new revelations being made, but rewatching the movie today, it's amazing how incredible it

Anthony Mackie Wants Falcon's Red and White Costume in Avengers 4

Anthony Mackie Wants Falcon's Red and White Costume in Avengers 4
The Avengers character Falcon has had a few different looks in both film and comics over the years, but the most iconic look is definitely his red and white suit, which has never been seen on the big screen. Falcon actor Anthony Mackie knows this and claims that he's been begging Marvel for years to let the character get back to the colors that most comic fans identify him with instead of the black tactical gear suit that he wears in the movies. Iron Man's armor changes up every movie, so why can't the Falcon get this cool suit in Avengers 4?

Anthony Mackie recently spoke with ComicBook.com where he revealed that he has been trying to get Marvel to get back to the Falcon's roots with the red and white suit. The character first showed up in the comics with a green suit, which later morphed into the
