A very good movie about being responsible (spoilers)

I watched this last year in my Home Economics class. It was only an hour long but it is basically short, sweet, and to the point about responsibility. It's about these kids who start entrepreneur program at school and decide to bake cookies to sell. But the main character's friend begins stealing money from the entrepreneur program. And because of this, the main character is losing his BEST FRIEND. It's a very good movie, it also makes an appearance by William H. Macy as a shop clerk. I can assure you that you will like this movie, but I don't know if it's on anymore. The way my teacher showed this to us is that she taped it when it premiered on TV in 1990. Whoever has seen this knows how good this movie was.
