John H. (2003)
Director John H. has worked for more than five years on his film Jimmy Hollywood. Plans were made to start shooting in Hollywood real soon. But there is a big problem: production executives want to move the film to Canada and change the title to Jimmy Satch. Filming in Los Angeles would be too inconvenient and expensive. John H. is furious and refuses to cooperate. Who, after all, will pay the mortgages and car payments of the U.S. employees? But when his financial situation is getting more critical by the day and his wife urges him to do something for the sake of his baby, he takes one last desperate step.- Written by Arnoud Tiele (email@example.com)
