Beautiful, slow and captivating
16 December 2003 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

The slow naturalistic pace, beautiful photography, a sense of the local customs & values, and a captivating performance by Veronica Guarrasi as Teresa make this well worth seeing. The director seems to have captured the end of childhood and the start of adolescence in her first narrative feature.
