All films produced for the 48 Hour Film Project had to include the same silly line of dialogue, goofy character, and unlikely prop. The director did not want to make the action film a comedy, so the following was done to make these elements blend into the film: The line became a spy password and was said in Arabic. The character was an alias for a spy's cover, and the prop was only used to establish another form of hostage torture. See more
