Mumbai, Nov 11: Kunal Kapoor is not interested in "niche cinema" unless it is "exciting" because as an actor he wants to reach out to as many people as possible.
"I only understand there is good film and bad film. I don't know what art and commercial films are. As far as I am concerned, if I am going to spend so much time on a film, then I want to reach out to as many people as possible. Cinematographer Santosh Sivan is going to play Raja Ravi Varma in a Malayalam film, Magara Manju which will be dubbed in Hindi and English. Directed by Lenin Rajendran, the film will begin shooting next week at Cochin.
