Gibbs has been married 4 times, divorced 3 times.
His first wife Shannon, and their daughter Kelly were killed/murdered while he was on a deployment in Iraq during the 1st Gulf War. He managed to keep this marriage a secret from his friends (including Ducky) and colleagues.
Wife # 1 = Shannon. Gibbs was married to Shannon from 1982 to 1991, when she was killed along with their daughter, Kelly (age 7-8). We found out about this marriage in Hiatus: Part 1.
Wife #2 (Ex-#1) = Diane. Also the ex-wife of Gibbs "frenemy" FBI Agent Tobias Fornell. Marriage to Fornell happened after the marriage to Gibbs (he warned Tobias NOT to marry her because she would leave him too and clean out his bank account when she left). Fornell and Diane have a daughter - Emily - whom we met in Escaped - Season 4/Episode 2. We met Diane in Devil's Triangle - Season 9/Episode 7.
Wife #3 (Ex-#2) = Rebecca- Season 12/Episode 11Check. She was the one Gibbs caught in bed with another man, Gene.
Wife #4 (Ex-#3) = Stephanie Bronwyn Flynn. Possibly introduced to Gibbs by Ducky. In the episode The Ex File, - Season 5/Episode 3 - she asked Director Shepard if she and Gibbs were involved prior to Stephanie's marriage to Gibbs (Jenny lied and said "no" that it had always been professional). Since, Gibbs and Jenny were together around 1998 or 1999, that means that Stephanie and Gibbs were married sometime in late or post-1999. They were in the process of getting divorced in October of 2001 when Gibbs first met Tony in Baltimore - Season 8/Episode 22.
**NOTE: Other than Director Leon Vance, none of the other characters (Tony, Tim, Abby, Ducky or Jimmy) are or have been married - that we know of.
** NOTE 2: Jimmy Palmer is engaged to be married - Pyramid - Season 8 Finale. EDIT: Jimmy is now married - unseen in Til Death Do Us Part to Breena.
** NOTE 3: Relationship with Jenny Shepard appears to have happened after Diane but before Stephanie since Stephanie had a sense that there was more to the relationship between Gibbs & Jenny than professional partnership.

Subject dresses in "Goth" attire, including numerous piercings, tattoos, body jewelry and wears homemade perfume that smells of gunpowder. She also appears to fear direct contact with sunlight.

From all outward appearances she appears robust and extremely fit...and I mean extremely. Judging from the remains of the lunch I retrieved from a trashcan under her desk, she has a penchant for organic health food, almonds and soy based energy drinks.
* PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Once engaged, but never married. She rarely dates and seems to be looking for a man who is not only sensitive, but strong and intelligent.
**NOTE: It might help if she learns to look past surface "looks" and concentrates on what's important - person's inner being.
Special Agent Gibbs has been particularly tough on the subject, but reports and I quote: "She has balls." It should be understood that to a former Marine this is actually a compliment and not considered sexual harassment.

Tony: Was 32 in early Season 1 (2003) making his birth year 1971. In Split DecisionKate guessed how old he was and when she said 32 he believed she'd looked in his file. He's a Cancer - Blowback. 40 years old.
In S09ep10 (Sins of the father), Dinozzo, Sr said "1968 Chateau Auclair, I Bought it the year that junior was born" .It's the real birth year of Michael Wetherly. Different from Season 1 when Kate & Tony discussed about his age.
Tim: Born in 1977. Was 12 years old Christmas of 1989 when he got a Berry Smiles. 34 years old.
Ziva: Per her NCIS application from Good Cop, Bad Cop in Season 7 Ziva was born November 12, 1982 (Scorpio - Blowback). 29 years old - making her the youngest team member by 5 years.
Abby: Unknown. Although a serial killer on NCIS: Los Angeles told her he'd saved the "late 20s" spot for her there is no evidence that she was still in her 20s when he kidnapped her as she'd been tracking him for years. I believe her to have been turning 30 in Season 3 - Ravenous when she told Gibbs he could forget how old she was when she believed he'd forgotten her birthday (he hadn't). IF that's anywhere near accurate then she would be 37 in S9.
To date we've been given no age references for Ducky, Jimmy or Vance.
Mark Harmon's production company Wings Productions, Inc. has been given a series order for the new CBS spinoff television show "NCIS: New Orleans". This coming spring "NCIS" will wrap it's 11th and final season with a two-part sweeps episode that will also double as a pilot episode for this new exciting series. Primetime Emmy Award winning casting director Susan Bluestein and Jason Kennedy will continue their roles as casting directors on the new show, and they have now sent out casting calls for series regulars. Mark Harmon has stated that they will be using a new cast and a fresh take, and that the series will be "character-driven". Shooting begins on February 11, 2014
