Opening Fox’s lineup, Bob’s Burgers (2.3 mil/1.0) was down sharply. Leading out of a Simpsons rerun, Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2.7 mil/1.3) added a tenth. Last Man on Earth (2.8 mil/1.2) gained two tenths.

ABC’s Quantico premiered on Sunday to 7.1 million total viewers and a 1.9 demo rating, up sharply from what Revenge did in the time slot a year ago (5.3 mil/1.4) and also besting that sudser’s two-hour series finale (4.8 mil/1.3).

By the end of Quantico‘s premiere, we don’t know much about an at-large newbie FBI agent involved in domestic terrorism, but we do know this:

If you thought Revenge was going to take things slow following the death of Malcolm Black, you clearly don’t know this show very well. Sunday’s episode — the last new hour until March 8, if you can believe it — reminded us just how chaotic life in the Hamptons can be, even without a psychotic killer on the loose.
