It is highly implied several times throughout the series that Drake is a womanizer.

There is kissing in most episodes, especially with drake and his girlfriends. Little kids may find it gross

In one episode Josh kisses a woman and then he finds out that the woman is transgendered.

In one episode a baby is seen being washed and it's butt is briefly shown.

The girls Drake dates are dressed revealingly sometimes, but not too badly. Mainly mini skirts and heels and low cut tops, but nothing you wouldn't normally see these days in a kids' show.

Drake talks about some intimate moments with girls occasionally in a dirty way, but it's not graphic or anything.

Drake and Josh fight in a comical way in a lot of episodes, it's supposed to be funny and it's nothing more than jumping on each-other and slapping each-other.

Some slapstick violence such as falling over ect.

Megan usually calls her brothers "boobs". There are also rare uses of Stupid, Idiot and Moron, no actual swearing though.

In one episode, drinking is mentioned briefly.

Some mildly intense scenes such as the boys getting in to trouble or accidentally doing something really bad and trying to cover it up.

Total - 6/50

This show has sort of an older child feel to it and would probably appeal more to children aged over 7, but there's nothing really that is unsuitable for any child.
