Brittany Murphy: Inside Her Sudden Death at 32 That Still Confounds Hollywood
The world was shocked when actress and singer Brittany Murphy suddenly died at age 32, right before Christmas in 2009. She would have turned 40 on Friday, Nov. 10.

The Atlanta-born talent remains best-known for Clueless (1995) and 8 Mile (2002) with Eminem, but also costarred in Girl, Interrupted (1999) with Angelina Jolie, and led the romantic comedies Little Black Book (2004) and Just Married (2003), in which she starred alongside her real-life boyfriend at the time, Ashton Kutcher.

Murphy also made a splash on the music scene with DJ Paul Oakenfold via their single Faster Kill Pussycat, which became a club hit and reached No. 1 on Billboard‘s Hot

Former Downton Abbey star ‘shocked and upset’ by suggestions made in magazine’s Little Black Book feature

Tatler magazine has apologised to Daisy Lewis after describing the Downton Abbey actor as “fun … in bed. Probably.”

In the monthly society style magazine’s Little Black Book feature, which profiles “the smartest, sexiest singles on the planet”, they included an image of Lewis in their rankings.

What a job Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti have done with a character that was created for the animated series as Joker’s girlfriend. When you look back at the series and recent books where she is featured with the Joker, you know how dysfunctional and unhealthy the relationship was, like it is with some unfortunate women in the real world. But thanks to the amazing creative team that I just mentioned we now have a strong independent character that day by day needed less of the Joker and more of her friends like Ivy. Through her 30 issues and specials we saw a lot of growth in Harley’s character as well as her good and bad qualities flourish. DC Collectibles to release Harley Quinn action figure line

Ahead of her big screen debut in Suicide Squad this summer, DC Collectibles is set to unleash a new series of action figures based around the fan-favourite villain Harley Quinn.

DC launching second Harley Quinn ongoing series Harley’s Little Black Book

DC Entertainment has announced that it is set to launch a second ongoing Harley Quinn series with the bi-monthly title Harley’s Little Black Book from writers Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner, along with a rotating team of artists.

Each issue of Harley’s Little Black Book will see the fan favourite teaming with one of the DC universe’s biggest heroes or villains, beginning with Wonder Woman.
