Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

There is no nudity in this film. There is a few glimps of "low cut tops" worn by some of the female actresses. There is some hints of teen sexuality but nothing overt. There is a scene were Sloane and Kiwi end up "making out" pretty hot and heavy, and you can only assume they had sex but you never see it. Terri and Jay share a kiss and Jay and Robin also kiss.

Violence & Gore

***Spoiler*** in the begining you see the car strike Teri and Paul's car and you see Teri hooked up to hospital equipment after the accident.

Profanity

There are a few uses of the word "Damn" and variation of the word. Hell and Jack-Ass are also used.

There are scenes were Aunt Nina is seen drinking beer and wine and she indicates that she "needs a drink" there is also a scene were you see Jay comming to the school and is drunk and acting obnoxious it is obvious that he may have had a "Drinking Problem" in the past and refers to music as his "Higher Power" which indicates that he may have been in a 12 step program. There is a scene were Teri and her friends go to a club for "Open Mic" and there is drinking in the bar, but Teri and her friends are not seen drinking alcohol or is there any indication that they are going to or do.

****Spoiler**** The scene were Teri and Paul's car is struck by the other car is pretty intense and very sad. The scenes after this are very moving and sad, and maybe hard for some to watch. Teri has to deal with Post Traumatic Stress because she freaks out when she sees bright lights.
