Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers and whoever else is currently cashing checks on Disney crossover careers should buy Duff a shot today, as she was the guinea pig for the current crop of breakout stars currently enjoying success in the worlds of television, film and music. Duff first came to the attention of the populace as Lizzie McGuire, the feisty teen kid with an animated alter-ego (or something) on the show of the same name. Robosapien: Rebooted Plot Details and Poster

Crystal Sky Pictures, via Slash Film, has posted the first poster and full synopsis for their upcoming Robosapien: Rebooted. The film is based on the popular toy of the same name. The flick is being produced by head Marvel Studios honcho Avi Arad and directed by Sean McNamara (Bratz, Raise Your Voice). Bobby Coleman, Penelope Ann Miller, David Eigenberg, Holliston Coleman and Kim Coates star. It’s scheduled to arrive in theaters later this year. In the flick, an inventor working for Kinetech Labs has designed a robot for search and rescue missions that has the ability to mimic human actions and emotions. After discovering that the robot's advanced microchip is actually going to be used by Kinetech for military applications, the inventor programs the robot to flee, whereupon it is damaged.
