One bright spot: Anti-Barack Obama documentary 2016: Obama's America boosted its cume to north of $26 million to become the No. 2 political doc of all time behind Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 ($119.2 million). Michael Moore, Harvey Weinstein Settle 'Fahrenheit 9/11' Lawsuit

Filmmaker Michael Moore has settled his multi-million dollar legal battle with Harvey and Bob Weinstein over profits from the mega-grossing documentary Fahrenheit 9/11. The settlement was revealed in court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. Terms were not disclosed. According to the court filing, the deal between the flame-throwing filmmaker and the hard-charging movie executives requires that the settlement not become official until May.
