- Standard Dungeons and Dragons video game violence. There is some blood and gore featured in some attacks. In one scene, you can see corpses covered in blood. The Kingmaker modules are more violent than the standard expansions and such, hence why they are rated M instead of T. This is also the reason for why the Enhanced Edition is rated M as well.
