Storyline

Akbar lives with his widowed mother in a small shanty hut. One day, his mother finds two young orphans, Ram and Laxman, and brings them home. Years later, Akbar, Ram and Laxman have grown up. While Ram has fallen in love with Radha, Laxman's sweetheart is Jenny, a pickpocket and petty thief. One day they come across a blind woman, and come to her assistance. They find out that she is their long-lost mother, who was blinded by a man named Ajit Singh, who also killed their father. Ram and Laxman decide to seek vengeance against Ajit Singh, but before they could do so, Akbar's mother and their mother are abducted, and it looks like Ajit is all set to send the rest of the family to their deaths. Entertaining Masala Movie from Bollywood
15 June 2006 | by (London) – See all my reviews

Mar Mitenge is a typical Masala storyline with action, romance and comedy. Its about two brothers, who are in search of the man responsible for the severe casualty of their parents and separating from them too. Their parents have been blinded by Amrish Puri using Fireworks put in their eyes. The brothers are played by 80s Hit Actors Mithun and Jeetendra. Mithun provides plenty of laughs in a good performance. Jeetendra ain't that bad as usual, I'm fed up of his same old story repeats. Hear, he gives a fairly enjoyable performance, perhaps because he share the screen with Mithun. Amrish Puri is a true villain of Bollywood, this is a fine example of his good works. Shakti Kapoor is the dumb villain in a almost funny role. Asrani gives a funny performance, his death scene is a little emotional but seeing a comedian die, is a different feeling. Overall, this ain't such a bad movie, a good time pass.
