Do Matewale released in 1992 or 1993 when Sanju had 4-5 films delayed from 1989 and most of them bombed at the box office. Do Matewale was one of the 5 films that flopped at the box office and gave nothing but a flop for Sanju after his superhit Saajan from 1991. This film is best known for its idiotic and cheesy stunts and typical 80s story. The film actually got delayed like most flops Dutt stared in from the 5 films. The movie is so typical, you get bored of watching the same crap you have seen. Why not watch action movies of Sanju which are better, even flops like Andolan and Zammna Se Kya Darna was better than this. The worst part is the director chose such a bland script. Whats even worse is that all the villains are meant to be cunning but they all make fools of themselves. The story(told a million times) with a bogus twist which is badly written as well on how Chunkey Pandey didn't kill the heroine. The editing is bad, fourth rate. Sanjay Dutt returns after a year of nothing but duds and bigger duds. Chunkey Pandey is giving nothing but flops since Paap Ki Duniya his last hit film that too because of Sunny Deol. Ajay Kashyap(the director), gives his worst film ever, he never was really a good director. His best film(that too a flop) is Do Quadi with Govinda and Dutt.
