Great game....one day the fighting control set up will catch on
30 April 2005 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I thought the way the dual analogs worked for fighting in this game was absolutely brilliant!

It gave the game such a better feel and added this organic link between yourself and Jet Li's likeness that was animated into the game. They could take this so much further by incorporating the buttons better. Say like one of the top trigger buttons being held in and making both analog joysticks unleash strikes! Then incorporate all sorts of super moves while both are active for throwing strikes....

Anyway, the game is awesome. It reminded me a lot of the old Jackie Chan Playstation game. This had the same great feel to the physics of the character and the game play that was so very organic but of course this game has been taken so much further.

I know some people didn't like it because of the controller set up but I think too many people just didn't give it enough of a chance.

This game is awesome!
