The literal translation of the title of this film is: Everyone is Happy
Although the film is advocating the reform, it is also an masterpiece of cultural introspection in that the protagonist broke the traditional Confucian code of silence simply for the sake of being polite and keeping the harmony in the family. It is far more important to be socially responsible for the general population because the faulty pharmaceutical product could result in death and injury of many innocent patients.
