In the traditional rigid educational system in China, strict discipline is the norm, and any kid who daydreams would be considered a problem child. This phenomenon remained true for millenniums and does not change throughout regime changes, whether it was feudalism, nationalists, or communists. This film deserves a ten because it pioneered in the rethinking about preceptions about kids in China.
