Cheesy dialogues, stupid story
Sirfaro1122 October 2012
Sharon Cuneta (Malou) plays a poor woman who looks so much like Rosanna, Christopher De Leon's (Ronic) dead wife. Although hesitant, Sharon married Christopher, despite her "dark" past. "Big deal! "-- one can't help but think as the movie progressed. Although this is still in the 80's, the story made such a fuss with Sharon's past , it has become ridiculous.

Meanwhile, Christopher's only daughter(expectedly) succumbs to an illness. While Carmi Martin plays the woman who has the desire for Christopher, is the typical villain, who conveniently decided it's all over before the movie ended. I do not like to describe further the obligatory confrontation scene at Malou's apartment which is so cliché. Only Saving grace: Louie Ocampo's song.

This movie sort of started the downward trend of the once classy Viva dramas. If you like cheesy dialogues or want to know where today's teleseryes draw their inspiration, then catch this movie. Otherwise, avoid this!
