The Three Stooges were well before my time, and most of them died before I was born, but they were a groundbreaking comedy team, and are still not forgotten! As a big fan of the trio (well, at least a big fan of the work they did while Curly Howard was part of the team), I watched this TV special about the legendary The Three Stooges when it aired in 2003, and found that it was well worth my time!

This TV special was aired in 2003 to mark the 75th Anniversary of the beginning of The Three Stooges act in 1928. Hosted by Woody Harrelson, this memorable special went over what the excellent comedy team experienced during the several decades they went on for, from the time they formed to the time they reached their demise. It also showed how popular The Three Stooges still are today, and celebrities talking about how much they've enjoyed the comedy trio in their lives.

Three Stooges fans who watched this special could have learned a lot that they may not have known before about how the how the legendary comedy trio's skits were done, the lives of the comedians, the troubles they went through during the decades, the impact they've had on comedy, etc. I highly doubt too many fans who tuned in to see The Three Stooges 75th Anniversary Special felt that they wasted their time in the end!
