Other than the fact that 18 Former WAMPAS Baby Stars were on the panel that selected 13 Baby Stars in this 1941 Harriet Parsons short, the short itself has no connection to WAMPAS... which stood for Western Association of Motion Pictures Advertisers, who from the mid-1920s through 1935 made the selections. The 'Baby Stars' in this short were selected by a group named The Motion Pictures Publicist Association. See more
