- Bill Clinton, president of the United States Of America, is delivering the State of the Union. He drags on about bridge-building. In the background vice-president Al Gore is listening, but he seems rather bored. Slowly he slumbers away and starts dreaming about his favorite pastime: running around naked in the grass and dancing for a pair of trees.—Arnoud Tiele (imdb@tiele.nl)
- During the State of the Union address, as President Clinton drones on about building a bridge to the 20th century ("not made of straw, not made of hay, but made of bipartisan brick"), Al Gore's mind begins to wander. In his mind's eye he's no longer seated behind the President next to a grinning Dennis Hastert; rather, the Vice President, wearing only lei and loincloth, is dancing among the trees. Carried away by the fantasy, he's soon rubbing his back against a Bubba Tree. What will it take to awaken him from this daydream?—<jhailey@hotmail.com>
