The literal translation of the title of this film is: Codename Two One Three.
The story is so-so and other crime movies made around the same time were much better in having superior thrills (whether intended or not), but this movie does deserve some credit for being one of the first thrillers in the post Cultural Revolution era, previously dominated by political propaganda only.
