The literal translation of the title of this movie is: Operation Uranus.
This movie is based on the true story of the counter-narcotic operations conducted by different countries via international police organization.
There is something this movie has left out: the participation of Drug Enforcement Agency of USA, because in reality, the operation was counter narcotic trafficking, since most of heroin in the world is produced in the Golden Triangle area bordering China, and Hong Kong and Macao are important transient points for the final destination to USA.
Since most Chinese crime movies are based on the true story that really happened in real life, there was the problem of potential exposing of narcotic officers and their family members when criminals compare the plot with real life, so the scene of DEA is eliminated as a result.
