Baadal Directed By Anand Sagar is A Romantic Drama. Love Story With A Backdrop Of Old Enmity. Direction is Fine. Screenplay & Script Are Similar To Many Love Stories Produced Earlier, Nothing New. Dialogues Are Good. Action is Limited & Effective.

Baadal(Mithun Chakraborty) Lives With His Mother(Ashalata Wabgaonkar) & Grandfather(Madan Puri). Meenakshi(Poonam Dhillon) is Daughter Of Shamsher Singh(Shammi Kapoor). Kiran Singh(Arun Govil) is Cousin Of Meenakshi, His Father Was Killed By Baadal's Dad Which Led Enmity Between Both The Family.

Baadal Loves Meenakshi But Parents Are Against Them. Meenakshi's Marriage is Arranged With Vikram Singh(Shakti Kapoor). Meanwhile Kiran Singh is Killed & Baadal is Framed For Murder. With Few Twist & Turns It Ends.

Acting By Mithun & Poonam Dhillon is Good. Shammi Kapoor & Arun Govil Performed Well. Shakti Kapoor is OK.

Music is Average By Bappi Lahiri. "Toote Na Dil Ka Vaada" By S.P. Balasubramanium & Janaki is Good.
