Very good title, other Chinese movie should learn from this one

The literal translation of this movie is: Walk beyond the Horizon.

This title has a very important symbolic meaning in that there is a political implication: the old party secretary's horizon is locked by the traditional, conservative and rigid doctrine that severely limited the productivity. In order to boost the productivity, and consequently, improving the living standard, implementation of the market economy, or capitalism, is necessary. The new vision of looking beyond the horizon is needed, and only those brave reformers has such abilities, such as the new party secretary in the movie.

This hidden message behind the story is what this movie really tries get across.
