Hi, all from the other side of the continent at nearly midnight, on our foreign film free channel I just watched "laisse tes main sur mes hanches" or like my TV guide says in English "leave your hands on my heaps) I'm 63 and was a fan of Salvador Adamo (a french singer of my era) and even in English I had to guess it had to do something with him since these words are also the tittle of one of his best known song. Initially I was wondering what hit me having left France at 27 and not up to date with the mode of living there. But the romantic side of the story soon won me over and I had an enjoyable time. I did not know De Palma and have some difficulty with her image. But this is just me. On this side of the world I do appreciate french films that anyway have a reasonable popularity in Sydney MB
