2 successful kids shows unite together
20 October 2014 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

The Rugrats go wild!!!!! which is the final movie for both the Rugrats and the Wild Thornberrys. The story is about the Rugrats who have booked a nice holiday at a Cruise Ship, but are instead, stranded on a deserted island and are trying to find their way out somehow. However, little do they know that the Thornberry family are there too, apparently looking for a Clouded Leopard to film and the Rugrats are desperate to seek for any sort of help. The Rugrats go out on a wild adventure from there on and the so called 'exciting' journey begins.

I'm shocked! to the amount of criticism this film has gotten because it really wasn't all that bad and a film the children would indeed find fun watching. True its not a great film by any means, but hey! its neither terrible. Films are meant to be for entertainment purposes, but unfortunately, many people want these 'perfect' films which I'm afraid just doesn't exist. Maybe people are so negative on this film because with 2 successful children shows which are of course the Rugrats and the Wild Thornberry's, it had a great potential to produce a fantastic movie and yes that's understandable, but like I have said, the Rugrats go wild is pretty decent for what it is.

The film is a good adventure and will keep you entertained. Don't forget the previous 2 Rugrats films weren't great either, although they are slightly better than Rugrats go wild, but only slightly. Finally! what makes this Rugrats go wild film unique compared to the previous instalments, is that the Rugrats go wild is a movie that is to do with the Rugrats. The first Rugrats movie was more about Tommie and his new baby brother, and 2nd Rugrats movie was about Chuckie and his father, but the 3rd one isn't. So! the Rugrats go wild is not a bad film which unfortunately, many people make out to be.
