I am sorry this movie is a cheap imitation of the original 80's flick Can't buy me Love, Patrick Dempsey Nails the role as "Ronald Miller" in every way looks the part from a redeeming nerd, to a cool guy it was awesome. The lead actress Aamanda Peterson" was very believable as Cindy Mancini. I am sorry even though I was raised in the late 90'-2000 I saw the original and its a better movie done, with more Heart. I am originally from Asturias, and Galicia Spain :) and raised in the US I felt more empathy and sympathy for Cinday's character than for Cristina Milian sorry, to me its the same cheap imitation with several deviations but all and all the same movie, the only thing the Original Cast better looking, more believable its an 80's Classic, sorry This Tall White SPaniard green eye Girl Loves the original, I don't know why do they have to repeat the same movies over and over have they lost any sense of creativity having to imitate and remake such a great 80's movie that was so buable and believable much more than this one. I don't have anything against nick cannon or Cristina Milian she's s a cutie and so is nick but couldn't they just do a different romantic comedy why repeat the same movie. I am sorry certain movies should not be remade, and this is a pure example of one of them "cant Buy me Love" is a classic I am sorry, two thumbs down for lack of creativity by producers, directors and writers that participated in this movie.
