A Nostalgic Look of the Best of Bud and Lou
18 July 2005 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This short summation of the comedic routines of Bud Abbott and Lou Costello was quite enjoyable to watch. I taped this particular show on cable several years ago and to my knowledge, it was the only airing of this show. It puzzles me because "Hey Abbott!" included some of Bud and Lou's best sketches. The routine with Lou and Mr. Fields was hilarious and the carnival sketch was also a classic. Included is their famous "Who's On First?" routine, as well as some rare footage. Also guest starring to provide their memories of Bud and Lou are Milton Berle, Steve Allen and Joe Besser. A very nice tribute to these comedic giants and definitely one to watch.
