One of the more ridiculous environmental films ever produced. The somewhat poorly animated short features Junior Raindrop talking to Father Cloud (we won't get into discussion of what a stud Father cloud must be) about letting him go. Soon, Junior Raindrop is falling down to earth, and because of poor watershed conditions, or something, he and some friends start to flood, creating havoc. I am not too sure about the factual basis of this. But maybe Father Cloud is to blame for all the water in the floods? ANYWAYS, don't take this film too seriously. One more note, all the voices in the characters sound awfully strange, and the narrator's whistling speech impediment is quite grating to listen to.
