EVO is a great game that also helps you to learn as you play it. The point of the game is to evolve to make yourself stronger and advance through various different time periods and eventually wind up in Eden.
You can learn a lot about life in the past as you play this game. First you are a prehistoric fish, then an amphibian, then a dinosaur, and finally (if you choose) a mammal.
The point basically is to evolve and get stonger in each period you play. You do this by killing other organisms and eating them and gaining evolution points. You then use the points to buy different types of body parts and get stronger. The better items cost more.
A lot of actual once living creatures appear in this game as enemies. Edaphosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Yeti, Mammooth, and many others.
The game is very fun, but it can be time consuming. You may have to kill a lot of enemies to gain points and that can take a while. However in the end all of the hard work will be with it. Also a lot of levels are long and like mazes and can be very aggravating. BUt overall a fun game.
Interesting, fun, and educational. Recommended highly.
