So Good, It Could Have Been Box Office Material
2 February 2004 | by (Las Vegas, NV) – See all my reviews

This is one of those shows that aired as a TV special. Had they worked out just a small portion of cinema character development, they could have done well on the BIG SCREEN.

The Sesame Street Cast is just one of those things you remember as a kid and don't mind your own children to continue to watch. Jim Henson has a wonderful imagination and uses everyday situations and events to bring about something totally new and creative. He almost makes his own mythology and brings it to life. This show was a great achievement in bringing Sesame Street characters into something closer to reality.

After a field trip to an art museum leads some of the group astray and the rest of the gang find themselves locked in and looking for Big Bird. Big Bird and Snuffy meet a young boy, in the Egyptian exhibit, trying to get back to his parents, who are dead. He must go through challenges before he is ready and Big Bird and Snuffy are there to help.

This is a memorable story and children love it. Great addition to your child's video collection.
