Storyline

In 2100, the newly built Bayside City serves as Japan's premier international port. The Angel Arms Company is established by a former policewoman named Takako, to help wage war on terrorism with armed security suits. When the mayor is assassinated, the women of Angel Arms end up protecting the evil crime-lord Hassan, in hopes that his information will help bring down a global terror ring. Takako's back is to the wall as a band of criminals plot to kill Hassan, and the organization's leader is revealed to be the former lover of Angel Arms' own Alisa. Written by dmh2000

I cannot believe this movie has earned a 4.4 here at IMDb. At that rate, it's entirely overrated. The musical score and sound effects are so cheesy, they will drive a crazy person sane! The animation is cheap and unskilled, and the story itself is regurgitated garbage from a million other works.

The voice overs are terrible, the effects are so bad as to make you wonder if anyone cared? but half way through this flick, you realize that NO ONE cared about how this turned out. There were no continuity editors; no quality control police overseeing the animation, voice overs, execution, or overall project, whatsoever, and if there were, they should be burned at the stake! This is one of the worst animated projects I've ever had the displeasure to watch.

It rates a 1.8/10 for having the cajones to even release this dreck and call it a film, from...
