The film centres around three female supermodels who live and work together. They belong to the international world of fashion and modelling and are top of their game artistes. Off the ramp, however, they are sexy, yet alone, in a male dominated society. When a regular fashion show goes horribly wrong, they are sucked into the nasty but irresistible underworld of Bombay. The girls have unwittingly botched up a diamond delivery to the Middle East. Their task is now cut out for them: Plan A - get into the fashion extortion business Plan B - stage India's biggest bank robbery to get the diamonds back Plan C - decamp with the loot. The girls plan to take on the Dons instead of buckling under their threats. They do this by planning India's biggest bank heist and then de-camping with the loot. The Dons have their own hierarchal manipulations - Chotte Mia (Jackie Shroff), Medium Mia (Gulshan Grover) and Bade Miya (Amitabh Bachchan). Chotte wants to be Medium, while Medium wants to be Bade ... Written by
Before the film released Katrina Kaif said, "The 'Boom'' movie was a mistake." When she was asked in an interview why she felt this, she responded, "It was nothing to do with the film or the film makers, I made an uninformed decision. I was not aware of the film industry and Indian culture" See more »
I had very high expectations when i went to see this movie. However i was utterly dissapointed. The movie is a no-go straight from frame 1. You always think that the film will pick-up, but it never happens. I had expected something fresh and different and a gripping story line, and ofcourse a few laughs...but believe me i never laughed once in the film. One of the major things i was dissapointed with was Amitabh's characterisation. He was really wasted.... i think he only ahd 4 to 5 scenes in the film....i dont know why he did this movie. All the models in the film dont know how to act....and the rest of the cast are ok. I think Javed Jaffry is the one who shows out. He was above average. Overall a very very bad movie....After Bombay Boys, Kaizad Gustad has made a very bad mistake making this big huge flop.... try harder next time....please!
