This actuality has a second name "Council Bluffs Bridge Station" and that pretty much sums up what the audience sees. These "phantom train rides" as they are sometimes called, were enormously popular, if you judge by the number of them that were turned out. As examples of the still new and exciting technologies, as a means of moving the camera, they have their points of interest. To someone who can't tell one train from another, like me, they are repetitive and boring.
