Two famous divorce attorneys in New York City begin to see each other in court, and sparks start flying. Audrey (Julianne Moore) and Daniel (Pierce Brosnan) see the worst part of failed marriages. That is why they have remained single. In court, they love to fight each other. Each one wants to win so bad that they play dirty. One night, they are not thinking and they get married. Of course, they did not mean to get married, it just happened. They must pretend to the public that it was not a mistake. Douglas Young (the-movie-guy) The two lawyers decide to stay together at Audrey's house to save their careers. Audrey starts showing affection towards Daniel. Unfortunately, Daniel discorvers some information about Thorne Jamison (Michael Sheen), Audrey's client. Daniel accidentely uses this information in court and Audrey, feeling betrayed, asks for a divorce.
