This scary funny short film was awarded BEST SHORT FILM and CANAL PLUS TELEVISION AWARD at the International Sci Fi Horror film Festival of GERARDMER 2002, in France last February. President of the Festival was Acclaimed Director NORMAN JEWISON

Arachnophobia

I warn you, if you are afraid of spiders, don't look at this short movie. Short and very efficient, it seems very classical in its shape. A Young couple - Lorant Deutsch and Emmanuelle Bataille - seek a house for rent, to spend a couple of days for vacation. And the only available one is an old mansion. At first sight, it reminds the haunted houses topics. But it appears that the devil Inside is not a ghost. a funny and tragic tiny tale, very cool to watch. No length. The producers can be proud of this short movie.

I caught it on a DVD bonus. I did not see it when it was shown at Gérardmer festival, back in 2002.

I recommend it.
