Sex & Nudity

none

Violence & Gore

i was surprised this got an R, but the violence must have been a little over the top for a PG-13, and there are scenes of people being shot, an x-ray of someone being ripped apart, and it's been a while since i've seen this, but i think some kind of body part came out of the x-ray machine after that person got ripped apart. Overall, i've seen way worse

Profanity

none to speak of

none

there are scenes pretty much the whole movie that are all suspense, so the movie is not about the mindless violence, but more about the terror, so this one's scarier than most sci-fi pictures
