Rip & co. fly to Japan to investigate reports of a live Oni, the Japanese Demon. They discover that the Oni report is a cover-up for something even more fantastic: the discovery of the magical Daruma Dolls. Legend claims the "missing" dolls have been protected for over 400 hundred years by a Samurai. A wealthy collector, with his own private army, will stop at nothing to get them.
