Two Indian secret agents, Ajay and Abdul, share a brotherly bond. However, when Abdul is killed in the line of duty, the mission is handed over to Ajay, who decides to avenge his friend's death.

Two Indian Secret Service Agents, Ajay Saxena and Abdul, are not only co-workers, but also live like brothers. Their Chief asks Abdul to take charge of Project M, dealing with India's nuclear capability for defense, while Ajay proceeds on a vacation to Switzerland. Once there, he meets with beautiful Anju and they fall in love. When he returns to India, he is told that Abdul has been killed, the file pertaining to Project M is missing, and he is assigned the task of not only recovering the file but also apprehending the culprits. Ajay sets out to Bangalore and finds that Anju also lives there with her wealthy businessman dad, Brij Mohan alias BM. Ajay will soon find out that his romance with Anju is short-lived as her dad may be connected with the masterminds who had the secret file stolen and are now determined to do away with Ajay as they had with Abdul.—rAjOo (gunwanti@hotmail.com)

Indian scientists had successfully made a breakthrough in advanced missile technology which made news all over the world. But a gang of four had made a plan to spirit away the file which contained invaluable defense secrets pertaining to the newly developed missile technology. And, as feared, the file was gone. Intelligence Officer Abdul chases the culprits. But he must lay down his life. The hunt for the culprits continues with intelligence Officer Ajay on the mission. The culprits--Luka, Brijmohan, Ranjeet and Kunda--create a series of hurdles to frustrate Ajay's operations. During this mission, Neesha (an accomplice of Luka) tries to entice Ajay and lead him astray. But Ajay does not respond to Neesha's overture.
