Several missiles chase an airplane, the pilot swerves and spins and dodges them, while two passengers are thrown around the cabin; the missiles hit the plane and the three (a woman, a boy and a girl superheroes) are thrown into the air screaming, the woman expands into a parachute and holds the boy and girl as they descend into the water below, and finally a large part of the plane comes down into the water near them.

A man kidnaps a baby, flies into the air toward a plane, the baby cries, then bursts into flames, then into a red demonic creature with many sharp teeth; he crawls on the man, and the man drops the baby; the baby is caught in mid-air, a car is thrown toward the plane, and a man is sucked into the jet engine of the plane, the plane explodes, and it comes down toward the ground where four superheroes stand under a protective force-field.

A robot throws things through the air threatening people, the robot shoots at people, and one is hit in the arm.

Two superheroes hold several unconscious people who were trapped in a burning building, they run, crash through a brick wall and land on the floor, whereupon they are held at gunpoint by a police officer; one of the superheroes shoots a stream of ice at the police officer who tries to fire his gun at them.

A man (superhero) grabs a man and throws him through several walls (we see the man in a hospital, covered in bandages).

A man holds a gun on a superhero, another superhero punches the man in the face knocking him out, and the two superheroes argue, teasing each other.

A man jumps from the roof of a tall building, a superhero jumps through the air, grabs the man, crashes through a glass window and they land on the floor (the man complains of being injured).

One sequence shows a number of superheroes being pulled to their death because their capes became entangled in something or other (one is pulled into a jet engine, one is caught on a rocket that shoots into the air, etc.).

A superhero holds a man who's strapped with bombs off the floor, the man throws one of his bombs that sticks to a boy, and the boy jumps out a window and flies (with jet propelled shoes); the superhero jumps and hangs onto the boy's leg, he grabs the bomb off the boy, it then falls onto train tracks, and it explodes as the train approaches, while the superhero is hit hard by the train, but keeps it from falling off the track.

A superhero is launched in a pod out of a plane and toward an island below, a robot lunges at him with large metallic tentacles and claws, the robot picks him up and tosses him into a tree, and slashes his arm (we see a streak of blood). A robot with large metallic tentacles and claws turns into a large sphere, it rolls toward a superhero as he runs, he is shoved toward a ledge over lava, and he throws the robot into the lava but it gets out, grabs the superhero, holds him in two clamps, and stretches him; the superhero gets inside the robot, and the robot begins hitting itself until it destroys its own mechanisms and falls over motionless.

A robot comes down toward a boy and girl superhero and nearly crushes them -- the boy runs and the robot shoots at him and one of the robot's arms is knocked off; a man then hurls the arm as a missile which goes through the robot, causing it to explode and fall to the ground motionless. A robot rolls through a city and causes damage by crashing into buildings. A helicopter explodes and crashes to the ground.

A girl superhero hits a guard with a stick, he kicks and shoots at her, a boy superhero beats him up, the guard shoots at the two superheroes, and the girl puts up a force field and they roll away.

A man in a car shoots at a police car chasing him, a superhero in a car speeds to find them. A superhero in a car nearly hits an elderly woman crossing a street, he gets out of his car, pulls a tree out of the ground, shakes it to get her cat out of the tree, and slams the tree across the roadway to stop a car being chased by police -- the car crashes into the tree and the driver slumps out the window.

Flames from a rocket blast shoot through a tunnel toward two superheroes, they run, and they are chased by guards.

A superhero drives a van frantically through streets hitting many other cars and eventually flipping it over.

A boy superhero runs very fast, he runs through a swarm of bugs (he gets goo on his face), he swings from a vine, lands on a flying vessel, punches a guard in the face repeatedly, and he is then punched, falls off and lands on the ground, but he continues to run while being shot at by two other flying guards. Two flying vessels crash together, and explode.

Profanity

Rating: 1 / 10

1 exclamation, 1 religious exclamation.

Rating: 3 / 10

The movie can be scary and intense for some kids at certain times... hence the PG rating.

The robotic droid that Syndrome creates with his threats and actions may scare younger viewers.

Total: 10/50

An idea of how accurate the TECE (below) is: 5-10 is a little-kid suitable, G-Rated type of film (i.e. Care Bears, Sleeping Beauty); 10-15 is going to be a little harsher, but not by much (i.e. This); 15-20 could be pretty high up there (i.e. Indiana Jones), 20-25 is going to pretty darn adult (i.e. The Dark Knight); 25-30 is going to be a film most likely not suitable for anyone under 17(i.e. Braveheart); 30-40 is going to be an absolutely, positively adults-only film (i.e. Saving Private Ryan). 40 and up is pretty much high R / NC-17 (i.e. Pulp Fiction)
