While some are leaving cookies and milk out for Santa Claus to imbibe come Christmas morning, the rest of us are leaving DVDs out for Santa to catch up on, since he must be pretty busy up at the North Pole, where Internet signals make streaming a hassle. Here are just a few of the titles that we've given the jolly guy over the years, from the Oscar winners to the cult classics to the unwatchable stinkers. We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed putting it together. A Visit From Saint Nicolas Cage 'Twas the Talladega Night before Christmas, when All That Jazz through the House II: The Second Story Not a Creature From the Black Lagoon was stirring, not even a Great Mouse Detective; The Silk Stockings were hung by the chimney with Daddy Day Care, In Hope Floats that St. Nicolas Cage soon would »
Everybody was ready for some football when the NFL officially kicked off its season on Sept. 8! Celebrities from Harry to ‘Bachelorette’ stars like Chris Harrison and Catherine Giudici took to Twitter on the big sports day to cheer on their favorite teams and to just celebrate the fact that America’s favorite sport was back.
After a long summer of watching baseball and pretending to care about preseason games, the NFL finally came back in full on Sept. 8. And as the exciting season kicked off, we found out that a Ton of celebrities were even bigger football fans than us!
Harry Styles was cheering on his favorite team, the Green Bay Packers, Instagramming a picture of himself in a customized Packers uniform watching the game (too bad they lost!).
Nick Jonas wasn’t cheering on a specific team, just football in general: “Football! »

It's finally Labor Day Weekend, which means the summer movie going season is officially closed for business starting this Monday. As summer winds down, and we head into September, many movie fans have made one thing very clear. They think this summer has been a complete wash! But is this summer any different than last summer, or the summer before that? How about a decade removed? Did we have bombs as big as The Lone Ranger, R.I.P.D. and After Earth ten years ago? (Yeah, we did, and it was called Gigli.)
We've decided to take a look at how this summer stacks up to a bygone era. Was 2003 a better year for movies? Or did we actually have it pretty good here in 2013 with Iron Man 3, Man of Steel and Elysium (just to name a few of the better one that have played out over the »
Who's Mr. Tough Guy now? Veteran action star Bruce Willis looked less Die Hard and more Daddy Day Care during a family playground play date with wife Emma Heming and baby daughter Mabel, 15 months, in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 30. The usually stoic actor couldn't wipe a goofy grin off his face as he enjoyed the sunny weekend with his two gals, even opting to ditch his usual wardrobe for more dad-friendly fare. Willis, 57, donned a white Hawaiian shirt emblazoned with the phrase "Caribbean Cowboy" [...] »
It's been out less than a week in the UK and it's not even out in the States, but it looks like The Purge 2 is already on the cards according to The Wrap.
The site lists The Purge 2 alongside 13 other movies and 17 TV productions that have been conditionally approved for California tax credits.
Being so early in the day, there is no word on whether this will even make it into production and it could end up going straight to DVD. However, given the idea behind The Purge, there is a lot of potential to tell interesting stories.
In an America wracked by crime, the government has sanctioned an annual 12-hour period in which any and all criminal activity—including murder—is legal. The police can’t be called. Hospitals suspend help. It is one night when the citizenry regulates itself without thought of punishment. On this night plagued by »
★☆☆☆☆ Shrouded in secrecy since the first trailer leapt onto the internet late last year, Movie 43 (2013) was a film that perked up interest just by the sheer talent presented on-screen - and with it, the promise of a film the likes of which we have never seen before. In all honesty, we should have known better. Any film that includes the directors/minds behind The Three Stooges, Daddy Day Care, Little Nicky and Brett Ratner, should always be approached with a huge air of caution. But with all those names being thrown at us on a daily basis on adverts and posters, it was a film that, for either good reasons or bad, was always going to draw a lot of attention.
