Dr octupos is sometimes shirtless leaving him just a jacket and pants.

This one is more violent then the first one.

Men turn into robotic creatures and destroy some building, and people get hurt.

A scene takes place in a hospital where Doctors attempt to amputate the mechanical arms from Doc Ock, just before the surgery, the arms rebel and attack the doctors and surgeons in the room, this scene is quite dark and disturbing, younger children should beware this scene.

Lots of intense fights between Spider Man and villeins. Some of them are bloody.

Multiple scenes with destruction of vehicles.

Some uses of hell, damn and piss.

The part when Dr. Octopus's mechanical arms kills all the doctors inside the hospital can be thrilling, scary and intense to younger kids, this scene has the feeling of a horror movie.

There's one jump scene that can scare you just a little bit.

Rated PG-13 for stylized action violence
