The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

A few kisses.

Violence & Gore

A getaway and cop car crash into each other with one nearly hitting Peter on his Mo-Ped. He flips out of the way but the Mo-Ped is mangled. A villain then fires a shotgun at the cop car, hitting it and causing it to crash into another cop car. It then becomes airborne and heads straight for a group of people, but Spider-Man's web catches it in midair, saving them. The villains then fire shotguns and machine guns at Spider-Man, who snatches the guns from their hands via shots of his webbing, and he pulls two from their car with that webbing and suspends them in the air.

Many people are killed by Doc Ock, either by him bashing them with his tentacles or by him throwing them around like dolls.

Doc Ock kills a room filled with surgeons in a quite violent scene.

Profanity

At least 3 hells and 1 ass.

Jameson smokes cigars several times. Doc Ock smokes a cigar once. Another person smokes.

Miscellaneous people have drinks at a reception, and Harry appears to be drunk and then has more champagne.

Doc Ock's appearance and his bizarre robotic tentacles might be unsettling or scary to some younger kids.

The scene where Doc Ock kills a group of surgeons with surgical tools in a VERY disturbing scene. Several people left my theatre at that point.
