In short the movie is about this young girl from some boring little village in Scotland (? (saw this a while back so can't remember accurately)) who gets pregnant to her boyfriend and then wins a fashion competition arranged by this sleazy fashion/TV star guy. She then travels to London (?) (without telling about the baby) with the sleazebag and her naive mother to a bigger contest. Things of course go all wrong and the girls father and boyfriend both go after her (father gets worried after a call from her and BF finds out about the baby). Stuff happens and then a happy ending.
IMO the movie was okay enough, afterwards I felt pretty satisfied. Reminded me of the "Full Monty" although this wasn't as good. A bit uneven but worthwhile if you're bored and trying to pass some time etc.
