An excellent cop flick from Australia
22 August 2003 | by (Jacksonville, FL) – See all my reviews

This film is produced by Hal McElroy who also produced the terrific TV series "Murder Call". This film concerns a cop who is also a legendary rugby player. In Fact he is referred to as "The Legend". His fame as a legendary rugby player gets him a lot of mileage when he does his police work.

Unfortunately he gets injured on the job and hooks up with a somewhat sleazy lawyer who is quite skilled at his profession. The "Legend" needs the lawyer when he gets into trouble with internal affairs. The lawyer has a lot of scummy clients so the "Legend" ends up assisting the lawyer too.

This flick is peppered with a variety of interesting characters. It also includes the wonderful music of Song Yu who does the music for "Murder Call".
