Trivia

In the Room of the Golden Idols, no player ever successfully "hugged an idol" to progress downward from the room. Only one player ever tried doing this and the door didn't open. Likewise, in the Treasure Room, the room that replaced the Golden Idols, only one player ever opened the treasure chest to progress downward. See more »

Goofs

One episode in the second season consisted of a different layout of the temple throughout three-quarters of the show. When the temple run is shown, the layout of the temple completely changed. Not only that, the artifact was spotted in the wrong location before the temple run began. Originally, the artifact was not seen when Olmec announced where it is. See more »

Crazy Credits

Most temple runs ran the full 3 minutes, and thus the closing credits scrolled by very quickly. However, if a temple run was cut short either by a player retrieving the artifact or the team getting caught by 3 temple guards, the credits would scroll by much slower to make up for "lost time." Awwww..

I remember back in the day, this was my favorite show. It was so neat! I wanted more than anything to get to go on it. I always thought how much better I would do on it than those kids. I remember how the kids would have to go through this big maze thing, and how scary people would randomly jump out and take the poor kids keys from them, and I always thought "Psh, if that was me, I would just kick them!" This show has so many memories, they really should bring it back
